Igor Vatenmacher

CEO

Igor Vatenmacher is an experienced executive with a background spanning finance, strategy, corporate development, and business leadership. As CEO of Expertpower, he leads the company’s growth and strategic direction, with a focus on technology, innovation, and delivering scalable solutions for the energy and infrastructure markets.
Prior to becoming CEO, Igor held senior financial and executive positions, including CFO roles, and has extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, fundraising, M&A, and organizational growth. He has also served as a board member, contributing to corporate strategy, governance, and long-term value creation. Igor brings a combination of strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and a strong growth mindset, with a focus on building high-performing teams, developing sustainable businesses, and turning technology and innovation into lasting value for customers and stakeholders.

Mishel Tsal

CTO

Mishel is an experienced technology and R&D leader with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling multidisciplinary engineering organizations across SaaS, AI, IoT, medical devices, and complex software systems. As CTO of Expertpower, he leads the company’s technology strategy, platform architecture, and R&D organization, with a focus on scalability, system stability, cloud-native technologies, AI integration, and engineering excellence.
Before joining Expertpower, Mishel held senior technology leadership positions at Somatix, Medtronic, Nova, and Applied Materials, where he led global engineering teams, large-scale product development, and organizational transformation.

Shulamit Brovender

VP Strategy

With more than 20 years of experience in the energy sector spanning software development, product management, and leadership roles.
I bring a deep understanding of energy-market customers and the needs and pain points of stakeholders across the value chain. By combining this customer insight with a strong understanding of technology, its capabilities, and its limitations, I help shape ExpertPower’s strategy and products to address real market needs and deliver meaningful value

Maxim Perry

Chief Product Officer

Strategic product leader with over 15 years of experience driving SaaS, IoT, automation, and energy management solutions. Maxim specializes in taking products from concept and development to global commercialization, combining deep technical expertise with business acumen and data-informed decision-making. Leads product strategy and innovation in energy management, monitoring, and optimization solutions.
Previously, he served as Product Manager at global software leader Tricentis, where he spearheaded high-impact initiatives in test automation, expanded market reach in Europe, and streamlined R&D workflows.
